I hold a post graduate certificate in Mentoring from the University of East Anglia, and specialise in mentoring social work and social care professionals including foster carers, therapists, senior social workers and managers. I use creative methods to support evaluation of your career and life path and develop coherent SMART plans through our practice together. I believe I offer something unique in the mentoring field outside of the usual ‘coaching’ methods.
